Dr. Noel Pérez
Dr. Noel Pérez is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in his field.
His main office is located at the San Juan Medical Center, and he also practices in Ponce, Arecibo, and Manatí.

In 2015, Dr. Pérez became a certified clinical instructor for Allergan Pharmaceuticals, and in 2016, he earned recognition as a master Botox injector.
Dr. Pérez graduated from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in 1995 and completed his specialization in ophthalmology at the University of Puerto Rico. He continued his education with a fellowship in Ocular Oncology at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 2001 to 2003. A year after completing this fellowship, he became the first Puerto Rican member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Since September 2003, Dr. Pérez has maintained his private practice, focusing on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Eyelids and Face. He also teaches at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. As part of his practice, Dr. Pérez treats patients with tearing disorders, ocular surface diseases, and ocular tumors.
